Objection to Submission DCDP-40 of Draft Longford County Development Plan 2021-2027

‘Objection to Submission DCDP-40 of the Draft Longford County Development Plan 2021-2027’ is a report intended to accompany objection letters sent to Longford County Councillors urging them to reject the Chief Executive’s recommendations to:

  • Remove the “Tourism Use” zoned lands in Ardagh and de-zone the identified lands to Agricultural use to reflect the existing use of the lands.
  • To zone Ardagh House and the two gate houses as existing residential use.

Submissions must include the full name and address of the person(s) making the submission and where relevant, the body or organisation represented.  This should be on a separate page to the content of your submission in order to assist Longford County Council in complying with the provisions of the Data Protection Act, as submissions are legally required to be published online.
