Tucked in beside the Neighbourhood Park, Creative Ardagh have been running Ardagh Heritage and Creativity Centre since July 2011. Located in the old National School the centre continues to be a place of learning for everyone. Hosting exhibitions and information on the history and heritage of Ardagh village and surrounds; of Brí Leith mountain rich with tales of fairies, legends and myths – plenty to fire up the imagination!

Scéalta Beo is the latest service to come from Creative Ardagh. Meaning living stories, the Scéalta Beo storytelling workshops bring the ancient myths and legends of Ireland to life for audiences. Suitable for children and adults, this can be experienced in the Heritage Centre of Ann and Annette can be booked to travel to schools, events or festivals.
